Thai Yoga Bodywork

Thai Yoga Bodywork is a therapeutic blend of compression and stretching that releases tension and stress accumulated in the body. Some have called it "lazy man's yoga", as you are taken through passive stretches while remaining completeing relaxed. You rest on a thick supportive mat on the floor and remain clothed.


In just a short session, Thai Bodywork will recharge your body and leave you feeling lengthened, relaxed and stretched, without any effort on your part! A 90 minute session will give you a full body experience getting to all areas of your body extensively. Really indulge with a full 2-hr session. 


Receive personalized yoga instruction. Sessions can be done individually or scheduled for private groups. I specialize in somatic based therapeutic work as well as strengthening practices, and sessions are curated for each student. If there is something specific you want to work on or learn please inquire - Sanskrit, Ayurveda, philosophy, anatomy, meditation and pranayama can be incorporated into private sessions.

Health Coaching

Rewire your systems: physically, mentally and emotionally, to live your life to the fullest. This is the total health package. Learn what it takes to keep your body balanced, what foods create true health in your specific diet, and why certain foods do or do not work with your body and lifestyle. When was the last time you had a full hour to talk with a certified health professional about how you are feeling and given the time to understand your body?
