An Exploration of Anatomy Through Thai Yoga

Balanced Life Yoga
Bring a friend or come solo for a playful day of exploring anatomy though the lens of Thai Yoga with instructor, Erin Larsen. This is a perfect workshop for the yogi who wishes to understand the human form better, and especially teachers, as this class will hone your adjustments and help to facilitate effective touch.
Thai yoga allows for a different type of connection as we learn to let go and trust the other. You will get to both receive this unique form of bodywork as well as learn how to offer these healing stretches and touches to another. This therapeutic work helps to realign and restore the body to create optimal energy. You will feel both relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards! We will start with a gentle somatic yoga class to warm-up.
Open to students of all levels, no prior training or experience is required as we will learn step by step together.
$60 for this 6 hour class, we will break at 1pm for an hour lunch.

8 pm Silent hike to the rim of the Gorge for Meditation and Sunset

followed with a hike in the New River Gorge
