Join us for The New River Gorge Women's Rock Climbing and Yoga Retreat. Offered two different weekends this year!
Elaina Arenz, owner of New River Mountain Guides, and Erin Larsen, local guide and yoga teacher, have paired up for over 10 years to offer this one of a kind retreat. Yoga and rock climbing are a sweet pair as yoga not only increases ones flexibility and strength, but the mindfulness and focus is what really shines through in rock climbing. Erin and Elaina have been friends and colleagues for over 15 years and love working with each other to share this experience at their home crag.
We host this small intimate retreat at a complex of Airbnbs owned and operated by Erin, where we have our own yoga studio to enjoy, a large backyard with sauna, grill, and bonfire pit for evening hangouts and only 3 miles from downtown. There are three units- the main house, a smaller house across the street and a loft apartment above the garage across the street. With a total of 6 bedrooms, 8 beds and 6 bathrooms, there is plenty of room to spread out. We schedule our days so you have plenty of time to enjoy all that Fayetteville has to offer in between our yoga and climbing sessions.
Your deposit of $500 secures your spot and be sure to book and reserve your room with your ticket choice. The total prices included everything: all meals (vegetarian), 3 yoga sessions, 2 half-day climbing excursions and boat loads of laughs, new friends and tons of memories. The balance of the retreat will be due one month before the retreat and invoices will be sent out.

Have your own space- queen bed with tv in the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom directly across the street from the main house we will be using.
