About the event
Join us at the Lincoln House, in Minerva, Ohio to learn and practice some Thai Yoga techniques! Each participant will give and receive a 60 minute flow with a partner. Thai Yoga is akin to assisted stretching and is sometimes called "lazy man's yoga". Come spend some time learning 2 different series to help you and your partner feel better and connect in a unique way.
100% of the proceeds will go toward the construction of EEL’s shala, which will be a retreat center built in Fayetteville, WV in her honor. Help us fulfill her dream of helping those in need through Yoga and Wellness. $25 per person is encouraged but contribute whatever you can!
